Crisp Retail Analytics (CRA) updates

Improved filter selection experience

🔧 Enhancement What’s new? Now, when adding a filter in CRA, it is easier to tell when your filters are applied and ensure you don’t lose any filter changes you want to apply. Previously, if you selected filter options, then clicked away from the Value drop-down menu, the window would disappear and your progress would be discarded. Now, when you click away your options are saved and the window remains open to give you an opportunity to review your changes and add them. How do I see it?
  • From a Crisp Retail Analytics report, select the Add filter button.\ add_filter.png
  • In the Property field, search for and select a filter property (e.g., Walmart Item Number).\ filter_property.png
  • In the Value field, when you select options, then click away, your options persist and the window remains open.\ filter_value.png

Crisp dashboard updates

Crisp dashboard filters now load faster

🐞 Bug fix What’s new? We’ve updated our backend processes to make filters load faster on Crisp dashboards, such as KeHE dashboards, so you can analyze your data without delay.

Resolved an issue with store information on KeHE dashboards

🐞 Bug fix What’s new? Crisp performs some transformations on KeHE store data to more accurately identify stores on Crisp dashboards. KeHE renamed a large number of stores recently, so we have updated our store cleanup process to more accurately identify the new store names. How do I learn more? For more on the transformations Crisp performs on KeHE store and chain data, see Distributor dashboard data transformations.

Crisp Reporting Studio (CRS) updates

New Modular Alert report now available for Charter and Advisor customers

🚀 New feature What’s new? Scintilla Charter and Category Advisor customers can now get an alert when new modulars go live, so they can prep inventory, store execution, and plan for sales increases/declines following a modular change. How do I see it?

  • You can use the Store Count threshold to filter modulars by store count. For example, you can set a low threshold to filter out modulars that are only effective in a small number of stores.\ rn_new_mod_2.png
  • You can use the Item Count threshold to filter modulars by the number of items included on them. For example, you can set a low threshold if you want to filter out modulars with only a small number of items on them.\ rn_new_mod_3.png

Forecast Variance alert now enhanced and available for Scintilla Basic customers

🔧 Enhancement What’s new? Scintilla basic customers now have access to this report which helps replenishment managers and supply chain analysts deeply understand Walmart’s forecasts and track weekly anomalies, so they can fine-tune production schedules to better meet Walmart’s demand without overstocking. We’ve also made the following enhancements to this report:
  • The Forecast Variance Pct threshold now displays solely numbers rather than a plus/minus symbol to indicate the resulting report will contain variances both above and below the threshold.
  • Now, when you select a threshold, the resulting report will contain one tab that for values that exceed the threshold and one for those that go below the threshold.
  • The **Sales Volume **threshold now contains smaller increments to help you more easily track forecast variance at the store level.
How do I see it? In the Reports sidebar, from the Alerts section, select the Forecast Variance Alert report.\ forecast_variance.png

Scintilla fulfillment center (FC) Ecomm Instock data now available in CRS

🔧 Enhancement What’s new? You can now add the FC Ecomm Instock Percentage metric to CRS reports. This metric provides insights into a Fulfillment Center’s (FC) ability to fulfill customer online orders based on available inventory and expected sales.

Target connector gross margin updates

🔧 Enhancement What’s new? We have updated our Target connector to align with Target changes to their gross margin data. Target provided the following explanation of these changes: “To improve consistency and reliability, the BPD team is updating the GM weekly item, item/location, and historical filetypes. As part of this update, metrics related to Gross Margin and Shortage will be removed and replaced by Adjusted Gross Margin (AGM) metrics. Why this change? Over the past several years, shortage has been one of our most volatile metrics. We’ve consistently heard from you—our business partners—about the challenges this creates for financial reporting and performance discussions. We agree. Too much time has been spent investigating and debating shortage, rather than focusing on the controllable, sales-driving levers that fuel growth. This change allows us to shift those conversations. While we expect shortage to stabilize over time, any fluctuations—positive or negative—will no longer factor into how we evaluate partner profitability. This reflects our commitment to transparency, consistency, and a more productive partnership model. Going forward, our primary profitability measure will be Adjusted Gross Margin (AGM). AGM removes the impact of shortage from profitability, providing a clearer view of true business performance across controllable levers. Beginning this year, partner profitability will be assessed using this metric.” The following columns have changed in the Crisp connector:
Previous column nameNew column nameData typeDescription
total_shortage_amountytd_adjusted_gross_margin_amountFloatSum of weekly gross_margin_a Year to Date (YTD) for the Week selected.
gross_margin_amountadjusted_gross_margin_amountFloatThe adjusted_gross_margin_a is a resulting margin calculated without impact of relief component stock shortage.

How do I see it? From an Adhoc report, select the Select a Time Period drop-down menu, then choose the new Last Fiscal Year YTD option.\ CRA_ly_fiscal_YTD.png

Crisp Reporting Studio (CRS) updates

More easily learn when you can see your custom attribution changes in action

🔧 Enhancement What’s new? CRS admins can make changes to their custom attribution using the Update Data tool and these changes will flow through to CRA as well. Updates to custom attribution appear immediately within CRS, but flow through to Crisp Retail Analytics (CRA) three times daily at 8am, 12pm, and 4pm (Central time). We’ve added helper text on the Update Data screen that makes it clear when you can expect to see your data updates flow through to Crisp reports.\ CRS_update_data_timing.png How do I learn more? See Managing store and product data with custom attribution.

More easily understand Adhoc report filter errors

🔧 Enhancement What’s new? Now, in the Basic and Advanced Adhoc tool, when an applied filter is invalid, error indicators and messages appear to alert you to the problem. How do I see it? In the Basic or Advanced Adhoc tool, on a report with invalid filters or other errors, you can see the following error messages/indicators:
  • A red error icon appears at the top of the screen to let you know there are report errors.\ CRS_error_sign_rn.png

  • A list of report errors appears at the bottom of the page. You can click the arrow to the right of the error/warning counts to expand a full list of errors and descriptions.\ CRS_error_list_rn.png

Level up your out of stock prevention with new Walmart hourly inventory measures

🚀 New feature What’s new? The new Hourly Rollup by Date bundle provides you with hourly inventory data based on a new feed (from the beginning of this year) added by Walmart. This new feed allows you to:
  • Detect shelf gaps same day: Hourly in-stock and hours out of stock metrics reveal when items actually disappear from the shelf, providing deeper insights than end of day snapshots.
  • Understand backroom-to-shelf flow: Time-to-restock metric allows you to see how long it takes Walmart’s store teams to get items from the backroom and onto shelves.
  • Pinpoint peak hours: Peak Demand Hour and Peak Nil-Pick Hour metrics help you understand when demand surges or pick failures pile up, making it easier to time pushes, staffing, or rep visits.
  • Stay in the loop hour to hour: Concrete hourly metrics (e.g., repeated weekday 2–4pm outs with backroom stock) provide you with evidence to align with merchants and store ops on fixes—replenishment timing, endcap maintenance, or feature quantities.
How do I see it?
  • Navigate to the AdHoc Basic or Advanced tool.\ CRS_adhoc_menu.png
  • From the bundle drop-down menu at the top left of the report builder, select the Hourly Rollup by Date bundle.

Data source and pipeline updates

Weekly data now available for Whole Foods

🚀 New feature What’s new? This last summer, the Whole Foods Portal was revamped and historical daily data was limited to 5 months (when there was previously two years of daily historical data). Whole Foods added a weekly report which contains the same metrics as the daily, but still has 2 full years worth of backfill. So, we have added the Weekly Store Item Summary table with this data to our connector, allowing you to do YoY comparisons with this data in your preferred data destination.
Note: This data is not currently available in our dashboards.
How do I learn more? See the Weekly Store Item Summary table in the Crisp data catalog.

New Petsmart 852 EDI connector (US and Canada)

🚀 New feature What’s new? We now offer a Petsmart connector that ingests weekly data for the 852 transaction. This connector is only for the 852 data and does not include product or store data. As such, there are no normalized models for this connector and none currently planned.

New Carrefour connector

🚀 New feature What’s new? Carrefour is a French multinational retail and wholesaling company that is headquartered in France. They operate grocery stores as well as general merchandise stores (also referred to as Hypermarkets- think Walmart, Loblaws, etc). The new Carrefour connector is EU and Taiwanese market-share data only (sent weekly) and includes normalized models. This is market-share data only (there is no store sales/inventory or supply chain data in this connector).

HEB self-hosted connector now available

🚀 New feature What’s new? The new HEB (Self Hosted) connector is for a portal that HEB directly administers (i.e., the portal is not ran by a third-party). Crisp ingests data from the two available HEB sources. The first is the HEB Unify integration, which lacks inventory data. The second is the portal that HEB hosts itself, which does have DC Inventory. Neither data source has store inventory. To get a holistic view of HEB data, you will need connectors for both of these data sources. Note: This data is merged together in our harmonized models, so you will only data labeled HEB, regardless of which HEB connectors you have.

Managed Market data connectors

🚀 New feature What’s new? We now have connectors for the following managed markets distributors:
  • ABC (Amerisource Bergen Corporation)
  • Cardinal Health
  • McKesson
In healthcare and pharmaceuticals, the term “managed markets” refers to segments of the healthcare industry where access, pricing, and reimbursement are managed by entities like insurance companies, pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs), and government programs. These portals are very complex, so Crisp’s connectors help simplify the information they provide. These connectors contain the following types of data:
  • Sell-through reporting: These are items that are sold from the distributor to seller.
  • Examples - Cardinal sells goods to CVS, Walgreens, local pharmacies, hospitals, etc.
  • Sell-out reporting: This is when a seller/retailer sells the product to the customer, also known as POS sales (scans).
  • Store inventory: This is inventory that is stored in the retailer/seller stores.
  • DC inventory: This is inventory that the distributors have stored in their DC’s, which is the last stop before the item makes its way to the sellers/retailers.

August 2025 updates

Crisp Retail Analytics (CRA) updates

Nothing new to report this month, but important work is happening behind the scenes.

Crisp Reporting Studio (CRS) updates

Stay in stock and avoid overstock with PNEW reporting

🚀 New feature What’s new? The new DC Monitoring report (available for Charter and Basic) gives you visibility into Walmart’s supplemental DC orders (PNEWs). It shows both backward- and forward-looking PNEW recommendations—highlighting what quantities would have been needed to stay in stock and what should be ordered now. With this insight, you can fine-tune DC replenishment, avoid out-of-stocks, and prevent excess cases sitting in warehouses. How do I see it? In the Reports sidebar, from the Replenishment section, select the DC Monitoring-PNEW report.\ crs_dc_monitoring_pnew.png

Meet demand while avoiding excess stock with the Forecast Variance alert

🚀 New feature What’s new? This new report helps replenishment managers and supply chain analysts deeply understand Walmart’s forecasts and track weekly anomalies, so they can fine-tune production schedules to better meet Walmart’s demand without overstocking. How do I see it? In the Reports sidebar, from the Alerts section, select the Forecast Variance report.\ forecast_variance.png

New Modular reports for Scintilla Charter and Advisor

🚀 New feature What’s new? The following new reports are now available:
  • DC Matrix: Modular relay changes can significantly affect supply chain flows, impacting which DCs ship which items, in what quantities, and at what velocity. This report allows you to compare two modular configurations (such as a current relay versus its predecessor or a future relay versus the current) and quantify the downstream impact of those changes.
  • Modular Details: This report shows you how and where your products are placed in each store, including shelf location, facings, and capacity, so you can optimize assortment, ensure shelf visibility, and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Modular Assignment: This report helps you understand how, when a modular relay change occurs, the mix of stores assigned to each modular affects sales performance, distribution strategy, and inventory allocation. It also helps you get insight into modular assignments at both the macro (category) and micro (store) level, so you can take action to improve in-store execution and category results.
  • Item Modular Assignment: This report connects specific items to their in-store modular execution details, providing a complete view of modular assignments, footage, facings, and capacity, alongside item velocity metrics. You can use this information to validate execution, identify under- or over-spaced items, and optimize space-to-sales performance. This combination of merchandising data and performance also allows you to make informed recommendations to Walmart, protect shelf space, and improve category results.
  • Modular Casepack Compliance Report: This report evaluates whether items within a modular trait meet Walmart’s casepack requirements based on the merchandising style — such as pack-and-a-half or 2-traypack compliance. By highlighting exceptions where items do not meet compliance, it enables you to proactively address packaging or modular execution issues that can lead to inefficiencies, out-of-stocks, or poor shelf presentation.
How do I see the new reports? In the Reports sidebar, from the Category Analytics section, select one of the new reports.\ CRS_modular_reports.png

Modular trait attributes now available to add to adhoc reports

Data source and pipeline updates

CVS connector now includes daily data

🔧 Enhancement What’s new? We are now ingesting daily CVS data for both inventory and sales. As part of this change, the weekly tables are now deprecated, so all Costco data is at a daily level.

Distributor connectors now include sell through data

🔧 Enhancement What’s new? Previously, our distributor data included “sell out” sales metrics, which capture register sales when a customer purchases the product. Now, our distributor connectors also include sell-through sales, which captures when the distributor sells the goods they acquired from the brand to a store. Sell-through data allows you to see, in addition to what shoppers buy at checkout, how much product moves from distributors into stores. This can help you spot when products aren’t reaching shelves fast enough, plan inventory more accurately, and provide your retailers with data that supports better restocking and promotions. The following connectors now include sell-through data:
  • McKesson
  • ABC
Also, the Cardinal connector now includes sell-out data, which previously was not included.

  • Velocity Units YOY % (Traited Stores)
  • Velocity Sales PY (Valid Stores)

**What’s new? ** We identified an issue in our prior year (PY) calculations that was affecting our OMNI PY measures. The logic was incorrectly pulling the same data for PY instead of following Walmart’s standard approach for PY calculations. We have updated the calculation to align with Walmart’s logic, ensuring accurate comparisons for PY data.

*Note: Additional columns are available for Platinum subscribers. If you are not a Platinum subscriber, the noted columns will be present, but the values will be maksed (they will be replaced with *** in place of data in the source models and with 0 in our normalized models). We are combining the following columns from the new feeds with the historical sales_amount, sales_quantity, sales_weight and sales_units columns to create a seamless transition:
  • total_sales_amt
  • total_sales_qty
  • total_sales_lbs
  • total_sales_units
The historical PICKUP_SALES, DELIVERY_SALES, and KIOSK_SALES sales measures can not be reliably combined with the new columns in ALL_SALES due to incomplete sales modalities in each, so we will not combine these with the new columns on the sales fact table. 8451 will provide up to 5 years of history depending on a brand’s contract to backfill those columns.

New ‘Product Code’ column that helps you track products that don’t have a UPC added to more UNFI dashboards

UNFI dashboard visualizations now display period start date label on hover

**What’s new? ** Now, when you hover on over time visualizations, the date that appears has a new “Period Start Date” date label to help clarify the date for the displayed data point(s).period_start_date.png **What’s new? ** If you have access to more than one account, you can now more easily see which Crisp account you are signed into by hovering over the Crisp logo at the top left of the screen and checking the account name and number.\ account_name.png

Source and Destination connector updates

Whole Foods Market connector history is now blended to provide more historical data to current customers

**What’s new? ** Whole Foods Market (WFM) has switched to a new portal called Quicksite that we integrated to earlier this year. However, WFM put a new restriction in the Quicksite portal where we are no longer able to pull a full two years of customer historical data (we can only go back 6 months). To mitigate this, we have blended current customer’s old WFM data pulled from the deprecated portal (Microstrategy), so all customers that have been with Crisp prior to the new portal still have a full two years of history.

**What’s new? **
This Luminate Shopper report now contains an Adhoc Select a Time Period page. You can easily add the dimensions and facts that are relevant to your analysis and use bulk store and item filter fields to paste a list and quickly hone in on the exact stores and/or items you are interested in without the need to search through separate filters or make one selection at a time. For more on Adhoc reports, see the Walmart Luminate Adhoc report article.

The Buyer Name and Buyer Code metrics from our normalized models that we previously added to the Crisp Retail Analytics semantic model are now available in Luminate Basic reports. These fields simplify reporting if you have a broad portfolio and need to speak to a specific buyer (merchant) request. They allow you to see only the products for which your particular merchant is responsible.

New OTIF measures on the Luminate Charter Performance Insights report

**What’s new? ** The Supplier Scorecard page on this report now aligns more closely with the Supplier Scorecard report in the Luminate portal, so you can see all the sales, inventory, and on time and in full (OTIF) performance metrics you need in one place. Now, when accept an invitation to Crisp, you must manually enter your email address and click Accept Invitation before you are authenticated to enhance security.

Crisp Harmonized dashboards now more closely match UNFI Insights sales dashboards

**What’s new? **
Our Crisp harmonized dashboards now use the same version of underlying UNFI data as other UNFI Insights Sales dashboards. As a result, some metrics on our harmonized dashboards are now standardized and provide greater accuracy. For example, the previous data set powering our harmonized dashboards determined cost using wholesale cost for gross and a flat 80% of wholesale for net. The new data set provides the true price the retailer paid, which is more accurate. Also, the previous data set contained records with 0 sales, while the new one does not.

Last Year measures now more accurately reflect timing for YTD comparison

**What’s new? **
We resolved an issue where prior year YTD measures were returning data for the full prior year time period rather than only the completed weeks of the current year. This allows month to date (MTD) values to be more accurate when compared year over year. This change affects many reports, but the Performance Insights Supplier Scorecard report is a key one.
**What’s new? **
We added the Home Office Recommended Price measure to the Crisp Retail Analytics models, so you can add it to your reports when personalizing visualizations and compare this pricing measure to the store specific retail and average retail amounts. Understanding differences in these price amounts can help you identify stores where your products are above/below home office retail amount.

Product Mix Breakdown report enhancements

**What’s new? **
We’ve made the following enhancements to this report:
  • New Supplier Overview page (Advisor workspace only): This page allows category advisors to see supplier share (Sales Amount and Sales Quantity) for their categories, as well as a share point difference for each category.
  • Created a new measure and corresponding filter called Crisp Modular Status to reduce the number of records that load in the initial report, thus improving load times and performance.
  • Made some visual enhancements to sizing of elements on the report pages.

**What’s new? **
This new report page allows you to analyze your supply chain and determine areas to focus on for improvement.

Rollback Summary report enhancements

**What’s new? **
We previously released the Rollback Summary page on the Performance Insights report. Rollback Summary provides an easy way for you to select an item or group of items on rollback and see an overview of the performance of the item(s). We’ve now made this report even better with the following enhancements:
  • Adjusted layering for better visibility of report elements.
  • The transaction type table and service channel visualization can now be personalized.

Custom attribution filters in our model now use bi-directional filtering

**What’s new? **
You can personalize filters to use custom attributes in Crisp Retail Analytics. We’ve now set the filtering direction for custom attribute filters to bi-directional. Bi-directional filtering allows filtering to flow both directions between related tables, which allows for more intuitive filtering behavior between related tables. For example, if you set up bi-directional filtering between a Sales and Products table, selecting a sales transaction in the Sales table would automatically filter the Products table to show the associated product, and vice versa.

New Department Overview report page on the Category Benchmarking report

Conventional Distribution Expansion dashboard now loads faster

What’s new?
We’ve made performance enhancements to this dashboard for faster load times.

On key UNFI dashboards, you can now roll products up by product name or UPC

What’s new?
Previously, we rolled up different UPCs with the same product name, but sometimes products with the same name from UNFI did not need to be rolled up as people wanted to see those UPCs separately. You can now use the Group by Product or UPC filter to decide if you want to roll your products up by product name or UPC to ensure you can analyze their products the way it makes sense for your business.
How do I see it?
From any UNFI Sales, Distribution, Velocity, or Inventory dashboard, just select the new Group by Product or UPC filter, then select the criteria by which you want to group products. If you select Product, products with the same name will be rolled up into one. If you select UPC, products with the same UPC will be rolled up into one.

  • Removed subtotals from the matrix
  • Ensured stacked bar charts were sorted the same and aligned correctly
Item Details page Added grand totals to the matrix

Luminate normalized model changes allow for simplified filter options

**What’s new? **
Previously, product subdimensions (e.g., category group, category, subcategory, department, segment) contained both e-commerce and in store data. Now, e-commerce products have the following distinct product subdimensions: Dim Ecomm Prod Cat Group, Dim Ecomm Prod Dept, Dim Ecomm Prod Cat, Dim Ecomm Prod Subcat, Dim Ecomm Prod Segment.
E-commerce data has been removed from the following product subdimensions: Dim Brand, Dim Product, Category Group, Dim Product Department, Dim Product Category, Dim Product Subcategory, Dim Product Segment, Dim Product Fineline, Dim Product Status, Dim Product Type. We made some adjustments to margins and transparency to enhance the layout of pages in this report.
On the Supply Chain Diagnostics - Replenishment Action - Summary page:

  • The table now has a “valid store count is not blank” filter applied to allow you to focus only on valid store trends and reduce noise in the data.
  • The table columns have been reordered to reflect how most people review and switch between them and allow them to more easily spot correlating trends.

Performance Insights report improvements

**What’s new? **
Previously, the brand filter was not connected to the other filters in this report, so if you applied a category filter, for example, the brand filter would display all brands, not just those in the selected category. The brand filter is now connected to the other filters, so the options in it update based on the other filters you have selected.
Sales amount and sales quantity tables now have unnecessary subtotals removed to make reviewing the data easier.

On the Futurecast report, we resolved an issue where forecast values were inflated for some customers

**What’s new? **
We resolved an issue where some forecast values were inflated due to the models not being refreshed to pick up the latest records.

New Crisp Modular Plan Status dimension will allow you to more easily identify a product’s modular status

**What’s new? **
Currently, to understand whether a product is currently on a modular you need to use modular start and end dates, which can be difficult if you don’t know the exact dates. We created a new dimension in the Modular Plan dataset that uses logic on the effective date and discontinue date to determine a product’s status on the modular (current, discontinued, or future).
This new dimension will allow us to add Crisp Modular Status filters to reports like Product Mix Breakdown and Portfolio Strategy, to help you more easily understand a product’s status on a modular.

You can now drag to change the width of the report menu in Crisp Retail Analytics

**What’s new? **
Previously, our weeks of supply (WOS) calculation could only include one max sales date, which caused the calculation to be off for customers that had more than one supplier id (and thus more than one max sales date). This issue has been resolved and KeHE inventory dashboards now include accurate WOS values.

New warning message that appears before you delete a connector

**What’s new? **
Previously, if you deleted a connector, assuming you could recreate it without losing data, you didn’t receive a warning that deleting a connector also deletes your historical data. You now receive a warning message when you try to delete a connector that informs you of this. If you are having trouble with credentials or otherwise need help re-establishing a connection, please contact Crisp support.

We’ve added a “report last updated” tile to all standard Crisp dashboards

New Supply Chain Diagnostics report for Luminate Basic and new content for Charter

What’s new?
The Supply Chain Diagnostics report, which helps you identify and resolve supply chain inefficiencies to streamline your operations, is now available for Luminate Basic. We’ve also added the following new pages to this report for Luminarte Charter (these report pages are also available in the Luminate Basic version, but were built into that report from the start):
  • Replenishment Action - Summary: Helps you see the lost sales impact by product, so you can better strategize replenishment.
  • Replenishment Action - Store Detail: Allows you to drill-in and take action on replenishment at the store level.

Luminate Charter Digital Pulse report enhancements

**What’s new? **
We’ve made the following naming enhancements to this report:
  • The Top 10 Lost Sales visualization is renamed to Top 10 Lost Sales - Last 90 Days.
  • The Lost Sales chart is renamed to Lost Sales - Last 90 Days.

Crisp and UNFI dashboard enhancements

UNFI dashboards now display channel names instead of just channel numbers

**What’s new? **
UNFI data typically just includes a channel number, so we previously listed only numbers in our channel filters on UNFI dashboards. We now include the channel name in these filters to help you more easily find the channels you are looking for.

Stop and Shop store number 9242 now displays correct address location

**What’s new? **
We resolved an issue where our store cleanup process was causing store number 9242 to list the address location as Florida, when this store is actually located in New Jersey.

UNFI Insights Conventional dashboards now include a CMAP filter to help you focus on cases on promotion

**What’s new? **
Some people use CMAP (Category Management Allowance Program) data to identify cases on promotion, so we added this as a filter. You can now filter for a promotion time period, then filter for a specific CMAP value (equal to your case allowance for the promotion) to help you pinpoint just cases that went toward a specific promotion.
How do I see it? From the filters section of a dashboard, select More, then enter a value in the CMAP field.

UNFI Insights Chain filter and fields now reflect the chain name rather than the store owner name

**What’s new? **
The conventional chain field provided by UNFI actually provides the store owner, rather than the chain name most people know and use. In our dashboards, we previously displayed the chain the way UNFI did. To make it easier for you to see the chain data you need, we updated the Chain filters and fields in UNFI Insights dashboards to be based on the UNFI grp_2_description field which provides the chain name that suppliers are typically familiar with.

Edit products more easily on the redesigned Master Data Management (MDM) screen

What’s new?
The new version of this screen allows you to more easily edit product details and create store region groups. The legacy Edit Products screen has been deprecated. The new screen provides the following new features:\
rn_mdm.png
  • Summary tab: Provides information about what has changed for your products and stores since the last time you uploaded a file, so you can keep track of changes you may want to take action on.
  • Store data tab: Allows you to create store region groups that you can use to filter your dashboards by regions/groups that make sense for your business. For example, if you want to focus on stores in the southwestern United States and not all your retailers/distributors group stores that way, you can create your own store grouping. You can also create groups for things that are not based on region, such as stores at which you are running a promotion or stores you want to focus on for outreach on supply issues.
  • Change log: Easily see when updates to your MDM file were made, how many rows were updated, and who made the change.
  • Progress stepper: When you upload MDM changes, you can now see a progress step indicator to let you know where your changes are in the process of being validated and submitted.
  • Download New Rows button: You can now choose to download a file that contains only rows that are new since your last upload, so that uploading/downloading is quicker and you can focus only on new rows that may need your attention.
How do I see it? From the navigation sidebar or home screen in Crisp, just select MDM. How do I learn more?
See the Managing products and store groups with master data manager (MDM) article.

Walmart Luminate Item Attribute tables include new item share metrics

**What’s new? **
On Item Attribute tables, new item share metrics are available which allow a supplier to see specific items that belong to a different supplier inside Luminate Charter without requiring either supplier to be a category advisor.
The Item Attribute tables have been updated with two new flags:
  • item_share_ind: Indicates whether or not an item is visible through Retail Link Item Share access.
  • item_share_cost_ind: Indicates whether or not item costs are visible through Retail Link Item Share access.
Note: A brand has to have specific rights inside of Retail Link to see cost information. If you have these rights, then cost information will be present for that item.
