If the filters at the top of your reports don’t contain the metrics you want to focus on, you can add custom filters to your reports using any of the metrics available in Crisp Retail Analytics. To add custom filters:
  • From menu at the top-right of the screen, select the Filters icon.\ CRA_filtering_002.png
  • From the Table drop-down menu, search for and select the table (e.g., Dim Order Channel) that contains the column by which you want to filter.

Hint: If you aren’t sure which table contains a column, you can search the data dictionary to help you find the right table. Just select the dictionary icon from the top-right of the screen, then enter a search term and select an option from the list. The table name will then appear on the right side of the window.\ CRA_filtering_003.png
  • From the Column drop-down menu, select the column by which you want to filter (e.g., Order Channel)\ CRA_filtering_005.png
  • From the Value drop-down menu, select the value(s) for which you want to filter (e.g., Ecomm)

Your custom filter is applied to the report page. If you want your custom filter to persist, create a bookmark to save your current report configuration. For more: Creating bookmarks in Crisp Retail Analytics. You can also create shareable filter groups that allow you to quickly apply a predefined set of filters to any reports.
