Understanding at-risk SKUs
At-risk is product that is considered overstocked based on current sales and forecasts, and is at risk of becoming obsolete. Please work with your ISCM and/or BDM to put an action plan in place to move product prior to expiration. At-risk flags appear here as an early warning so you can investigate before inventory becomes a problem. Full POD-level retention detail is available in the Retention Detail dashboard. How to use it
Expand a product line to see individual SKU inventory, then expand a SKU to see which DCs hold it. This helps you answer questions like:- Do I have enough inventory at the right DCs to support demand?
- Which SKUs are running low on weeks of supply?
- Are any SKUs building excess inventory that needs attention?
