The Inventory Flow Analysis dashboards give you visibility into your supply chain performance across the Dot Foods distribution network. Use them to monitor inventory levels, identify at-risk SKUs, track open orders, and measure your service levels to Dot DCs.

DC Detail

DC Detail introduces your supply chain performance inside Dot. It follows the same structure as Supplier Summary but focuses on inventory and fulfillment metrics by distribution center.

Table columns

MetricDescription
On-Hand QuantityInventory units currently in the Dot DC
On-Hand Dollar AmountDollar value of on-hand inventory
Weeks of SupplyHow many weeks current inventory will last at the current shipment rate
Total Inbound Fill RatePercentage of ordered quantity received
On-Time %Percentage of orders received on time
In-Full %Percentage of orders received in full

Inventory look-back periods

DC Detail includes a dedicated inventory look-back period — the window used to calculate averages for weeks of supply and average sales — with options for the last 1, 2, 4, 6, 8, 13, 26, and 52 weeks. This gives you both short-term and long-term inventory views alongside the standard time period filter. DC Trends provides a week-by-week view of your inventory and service-level metrics, broken down by distribution center. You can toggle between different metrics in the visualization:
  • On-hand dollar amount
  • On-hand quantity
  • At risk quantity
  • Total inbound fill rate %
  • On-time and in-full metrics
  • Weeks of Supply
Use this dashboard to spot inventory builds or drawdowns at specific DCs over time and correlate them with shipment patterns from the Performance Insights dashboards.

Inventory Product Detail

This is one of the most data-rich dashboards in Crisp at Dot. It provides SKU-level inventory health with the data hierarchy expanding from product line → product → distribution center.

Table columns

MetricDescription
On-Hand Quantity (units)Current inventory in units, with prior year and YoY change
On-Hand Quantity (dollars)Current inventory in dollars, with prior year and YoY change
At-Risk QuantityProduct considered overstocked based on current sales and forecasts, at risk of becoming obsolete
At-Risk Quantity AverageAverage at-risk units over the look-back period, with prior year and YoY change
Open Order QuantityItems accepted in the Dot price list (PL) matrix that are inbound to the supply chain
Weeks of SupplyCurrent weeks of supply, with prior year and YoY change

Understanding at-risk SKUs

At-risk is product that is considered overstocked based on current sales and forecasts, and is at risk of becoming obsolete. Please work with your ISCM and/or BDM to put an action plan in place to move product prior to expiration. At-risk flags appear here as an early warning so you can investigate before inventory becomes a problem. Full POD-level retention detail is available in the Retention Detail dashboard.

How to use it

Expand a product line to see individual SKU inventory, then expand a SKU to see which DCs hold it. This helps you answer questions like:
  • Do I have enough inventory at the right DCs to support demand?
  • Which SKUs are running low on weeks of supply?
  • Are any SKUs building excess inventory that needs attention?

Inbound Fill Rate

The Inbound Fill Rate dashboard focuses on your service levels to Dot, broken down by receiving distribution center and then by SKU.

Table columns

MetricDescription
On-Hand QuantityCurrent inventory at the DC
On-Hand Dollar AmountDollar value of inventory at the DC
Total Inbound Fill RatePercentage of ordered quantity received
On-Time %Percentage of orders delivered on time
In-Full %Percentage of orders delivered in full

Data hierarchy

The table expands from DC → product line → product, so you can see exactly which SKUs are driving fill rate issues at specific distribution centers.

Why it matters

High inbound fill rates and OTIF scores are critical to a strong supplier relationship with Dot. This dashboard helps you identify service-level gaps at the SKU and DC level so you can work with your operations team to resolve them.
