You can monitor your sales, distribution, inventory, and financial performance through Chex using ChexSync™ dashboards. ChexSync™ pulls data from Chex’s systems and gives your team the visibility it needs to manage the business — from weekly sales trends down to individual purchase orders. Your ChexSync™ dashboards are organized into four groups:
  • Sales Performance — Track weekly sales, velocity, and distribution, including year-over-year comparisons and week-by-week trend views by chain, product, and point of distribution (POD).
  • Growth & Retention — Monitor which points of distribution are new, at risk, or lost, and see how your products perform against the broader category at Chex.
  • Finance — Review open purchase orders and outstanding payables with Chex.
  • Supply Chain & Inventory — Monitor inventory on hand, fill rate performance (both shipping into Chex and shipping to Chex’s customers), and spoilage risk.

Key features

Filters

Every dashboard includes a filter bar at the top of the page. You can add any data element as a filter — product, product category, brand, customer, customer province, and more — to narrow your view. Filters apply instantly across all visualizations and tables on the page. You can also select values directly within charts and tables to cross-filter the rest of the dashboard.

Time periods

Most dashboards include a time period selector that controls the date window for all data on the page. Some dashboards also include a separate date granularity filter, so you can view data by week, month, or quarter. Not every dashboard has a time period selector — DC Inventory, for example, shows a point-in-time snapshot of your current inventory rather than a selectable date range.

Bookmarks

Save a filtered view as a bookmark so you can return to it in one click — useful for monitoring a specific product, chain, or region on an ongoing basis.

Data export

You can export any table or visualization for use in external tools, email, or presentations. Select the export option on the table or visualization to download the data as a CSV or Excel file.

Data details

Chex ships from a single distribution center. Because of this, your ChexSync™ dashboards don’t break performance out by distribution center the way some other retailer and distributor dashboards do — all sales, inventory, fill rate, and purchase order data reflects that one distribution center.
