You can monitor your level of service shipping into Chex, and identify areas where you may be over- or under-shipping, using the Inbound Fill Rate dashboard. Fill rate is calculated as quantity received divided by quantity ordered. A fill rate over 100% means you delivered more than was ordered. A fill rate under 100% means you delivered less than was ordered. You can see quantity ordered and quantity received in the Details table to understand the numbers behind the calculation.

Fill rate over time

This chart shows how your fill rate into Chex has changed over time, so you can gauge the health of your service level.

Overview tiles

These tiles show your total order count and your fill rate percentage for the selected time frame and filters.

Fill rate by product

This visualization shows fill rate percentage by product. Hover on a bar for the exact percentage, or select one to filter the dashboard by product.

Details
