The DC Inventory dashboard shows you inventory on hand at the Chex distribution center, so you can meet customer demand and maximize sales. Because Chex ships from a single distribution center, this dashboard reflects inventory for that one location rather than comparing inventory across multiple DCs. Note: This dashboard shows a point-in-time snapshot of current inventory, so it doesn’t include a time period selector like most other ChexSync™ dashboards.

Quantity on hand over time

This chart shows your inventory quantity on hand over time, so you can spot cyclical and seasonal patterns.

  • Total Quantity on Hand — Total on-hand units for the selected filters.
  • Total Dollars on Hand — Total dollar value of on-hand units for the selected filters.

This table shows each product’s inventory information, including its weeks of supply. Select the export option to download the data.

Weeks of supply

Weeks of supply tells you how many weeks your current on-hand inventory will last at the current rate of sale. It’s calculated by dividing on-hand inventory by the average number of units selling per week. Use the Lookback Period filter at the top of the dashboard to set the time window used to calculate that average — for example, if you select a two-week lookback period but there’s only sales data for one of those weeks, only that one week is used in the calculation.
