You can speak your questions instead of typing them. Click the microphone icon in the chat input — or press ⌘⇧U (macOS) / Ctrl+Shift+U (Windows/Linux) — to start recording. Speak naturally, then stop recording when you are done. The transcribed text appears in the message input for you to review before sending.

How it works

Voice input works like a draft message. Record your question, review the transcript in the input, edit anything that needs cleanup, then send it to the agent when it looks right.

Tips for clear transcription

  • Speak at a natural pace.
  • Use a quieter environment when possible, especially for retailer names, product names, and acronyms.
  • Review the transcript before sending if your question includes metric names, dates, or file references.

After transcription

Once the transcription lands in the input, you can:
  • Edit it by typing, just like any other message.
  • Add @ file mentions or attach files before sending.
  • Press Enter or click Send to submit to the agent.
