New columns on Natural Chargebacks dashboard
🔧 Enhancement What’s new? We’ve added several new columns to the Details section of the Natural Chargebacks dashboard to give you more context when reviewing chargebacks. You can now see Product Code, Brand, and Pack Size alongside UPC, as well as Quantity, Chargeback %, and Wholesale $ alongside Invoice Number — making it easier to assess the impact of individual chargebacks without leaving the dashboard.New Availability filter on DC Inventory dashboards
🔧 Enhancement What’s new? DC Inventory dashboards now include an Availability filter, so you can quickly narrow your view to active, discontinued, or suspended products. This filter is available across all business lines — Natural, Conventional, Tony’s Fine Foods (TFF), Albert’s, and Canada — and appears after the “Group by” filter. Availability values are translated into readable labels (e.g., “Active,” “Discontinued,” “Suspended”) so you can filter without needing to know the underlying source codes.Fixed Conventional Inventory Weeks of Supply calculation
🐞 Bug fix What’s new? We resolved an issue where the Weeks of Supply (WOS) metric on the Conventional Inventory dashboard was calculating incorrectly for certain distribution centers. WOS values now accurately reflect inventory levels across all DCs.Fixed Conventional Deductions by Week visualization
🐞 Bug fix What’s new? We resolved an issue on the Conventional Deductions dashboard where the Deductions by Week visualization had a date alignment issue (start date was off by a day) and was displaying inaccurate sales dollar values. Both have been corrected.New DC filter on Distribution Expansion dashboards
🔧 Enhancement What’s new? You can now filter by distribution center (DC) on the Distribution Expansion dashboards for Natural, Conventional, and Canada. This was a frequently requested feature from suppliers who wanted to understand distribution expansion at a more granular, DC-level view.February 2026 updates
Dashboard filters now allow you to “Group By Product Code”
🔧 Enhancement What’s new? UNFI Insights sales, inventory, and other dashboards now support a “Group By Product Code” option in addition to the existing Product and UPC groupings. Since UNFI ships products in cases, sleeves, shippers, and eaches, a single product can appear under multiple case packs. Grouping by Product Code lets you consolidate data at the product code level for a more accurate view. When Product Code is selected, the adjacent columns display UPC and Product Name; when UPC is selected, you’ll see Product Name(s) and Product Code(s); and when Product is selected, you’ll see UPC(s) and Product Code(s).UPC and Product Codes added to Fill Rate dashboards
🔧 Enhancement What’s new? The Canada Inbound Fill Rate, Canada Outbound Fill Rate, and Natural Inbound Fill Rate dashboards now include UPC, Product Code, and Size/Pack Size columns alongside the product name. We’ve also added filters for UPC, Product Code, and Brand, plus a top-level “Group by” option (similar to Sales dashboards) so you can group fill rate data by UPC, Product, or Product Code.October 2025 updates
Fixed missing store details on UNFI dashboards
🐞 Bug fix What’s new? We resolved an issue where some store details — including city, state, and zip code — were not displaying on dashboards for certain stores. The data was present in upstream tables but was being lost during processing. Stores that are sent with address information now correctly display that information on all dashboards.July 2025 updates
UPC and Product Description now available on Purchase Orders dashboards
🔧 Enhancement What’s new? To help you more easily identify products, you can now view UPC and a product description alongside the UNFI product code in the Details table on both Natural and Conventional Purchase Orders dashboards.New Open Payables and Open POs dashboards
🚀 New feature What’s new? UNFI has released new reports to help you understand your balances with UNFI and review purchase order. We’ve built the following new dashboards to provide you with this new data: UNFI Insights Open Payables This dashboard allows you to understand your current open payables balance with UNFI, so you can make sure it matches your organization’s expectations and investigate any negative balances. For more information, see Crisp knowledge base > Reviewing open UNFI invoices. UNFI Insights Purchase Order This dashboard allows you to review your UNFI purchase orders. For more information, see Crisp knowledge base > Monitoring UNFI purchase orders.June 2025 updates

Total cases shipped by points of distribution visualization now includes Chain column
🔧 Enhancement What’s new? On UNFI Insights Sales dashboards, you can view total cases shipped by points of distribution over time to help you understand how sales trends relate to distribution changes. This table now includes a chain column to help you clearly see which chains are driving trends. How do I see it?-

-
From the menu that appears, select Show by points of distribution over time.
You can see the new Chain column on the table that appears.

Distribution center name and code now available in UNFI Insights normalized data
🚀 New feature What’s new? We’ve added the three-digit distribution center code (rather than just the DC name) to the UNFI Insights normalized model to help you precisely track which distribution centers products are flowing through, so you can spot and resolve supply chain issues more effectively. How do I see it? The normalized_unfi_insights_conventional_portal_dim_dc table (available to add to Destination connectors) contains the following new column:- distribution_center_code
Item status now available on UNFI Insights conventional dashboards

- Distribution and YOY Distribution
- Velocity and YOY Velocity
- DC Inventory
-
From the filters section of any of the updated dashboards, select More.

From any of the updated dashboards, scroll down to the Details table, then find the Item Status column in the table.

🐞 Bug fix What’s new? Previously, UNFI Insights reports that were shared were still not visible to some users. We’ve resolved the issue and confirmed that reports that are shared now correctly display for all users.April 2025 updates
Removed inaccurate chain option from UNFI Insights dashboards
🐞 Bug fix What’s new? For dashboards that have chain data and filters (such as Sales), Crisp was erroneously reporting sales for the Bravo chain out of DC 18, when this chain doesn’t actually have sales from this DC. We’ve resolved the issue and Bravo no longer displays in these dashboards.UNFI Insights dashboards now include a Unit of Measure (UOM) column
🔧 Enhancement What’s new? Many UNFI Insights Natural dashboards now include a UOM column to help you determine how products are being counted in sales totals, for example by cases or by units. UNFI counts sales quantities in the UOM in which products are sold to retailers. Checking the UOM can help you troubleshoot if sales totals increase or decrease unexpectedly by allowing you to see the UOM by which products are being counted. The new UOM column is visible in the Details tables of the following dashboards:- UNFI Natural Sales
- UNFI Natural Velocity
- UNFI Natural Distribution
- UNFI Natural YOY Distribution
- UNFI Natural YOY Sales
- UNFI Natural YOY Velocity

New ‘Product Code’ column that helps you track products that don’t have a UPC added to more UNFI dashboards

🐞 Bug fix What’s new? Previously, we removed leading zeroes in store numbers in UNFI Natural data in our normalization process. However, these leading zeroes were meaningful, making some data incorrectly appear like it was for the same store. We’ve resolved this issue and store numbers now include leading zeroes.UNFI dashboard visualizations now display period start date label on hover
🔧 Enhancement What’s new? Now, when you hover on over time visualizations, the date that appears has a new “Period Start Date” date label to help clarify the date for the displayed data point(s).
