# My reports list

> The My Reports List shows every report run under your login — no other users’ reports appear here.

The My Reports List shows every report run under your login — no other users’ reports appear here. It’s useful for downloading completed reports, tracking status, and sharing or re-running past reports.
To access it, go to **Reporting → My Reports List**.

## Report Statuses

<table header-row="true">
  <tr>
    <td>Status</td>
    <td>Meaning</td>
  </tr>

  <tr>
    <td>**Complete**</td>
    <td>The report has finished processing and is ready to download.</td>
  </tr>

  <tr>
    <td>**Processing**</td>
    <td>The report is still running. Larger reports may take a few minutes — give them time.</td>
  </tr>

  <tr>
    <td>**Timed Out**</td>
    <td>The report stopped processing, likely because it was too large. Submit a ticket to [support@gocrisp.com](mailto:support@gocrisp.com) for help.</td>
  </tr>
</table>

## Available Actions

The numbered callouts in the screenshot below correspond to the following:

1. **Filter:** Any time the funnel icon is present in SOLYS, the list can be filtered.
2. **Status:** The Status column will display one of three values: **Complete** (the report has finished processing and is ready to download), **Processing** (the report is still running — give larger reports extra time), or **Timed Out** (the report stopped processing, likely because it was too large — submit a ticket to [support@gocrisp.com](mailto:support@gocrisp.com) for help).
3. **Download:** Once a report is complete, click this button to download and view it.
4. **Share:** Click this button to share a report or script with yourself or others. A new window will pop up — enter email addresses separated by semicolons, then click **Share**.
5. **Save Report:** If a single report was run, it can be saved using this button. If a Script was run, it cannot be saved from this screen.
6. **Report Specs (Scripts):** Scripts do not have the capability of rebuilding using Report Specs, so this field is blank for scripts.
7. **Report Specs (Reports):** Clicking this rebuilds the report in the Builder screens, where edits can be made before re-running.
8. **Rerun Report / Rerun Script:** Use this to quickly rerun a report or script — often helpful when item facts have been updated. ⚠️ This is **not recommended** as the main source for running reports on a weekly basis. Use the **Saved Report Manager** or **Script Manager** instead, as rerunning from My Reports List does not update date ranges from week to week.

<Warning>
  Rerunning from My Reports List does **not** update date ranges automatically. For regular weekly reporting, always use the **Saved Report Manager** or **Script Manager** instead.
