**To use the data catalog** :

1. If you want to see the data available from a specific source:

* Select the source name from the list (e.g., Amazon Vendor Central).\

  The most frequently used tables for that source appear.
* Select a visible table to see the data it contains, or select **See all** to browse a full list of tables for that source.\\

2. If you want to filter the data catalog by specific criteria, select a filter (e.g., E-commerce) from one of the following filter types:\\
   <img src="https://mintcdn.com/crispinc/hAIFVRhvGJHJU0Hr/docs/support/images/data_catalog_003.png?fit=max&auto=format&n=hAIFVRhvGJHJU0Hr&q=85&s=cd495cb32046a3b51d7e748db22c3778" alt="data_catalog_003.png" width="222" height="395" data-path="docs/support/images/data_catalog_003.png" />

* **Categories** : Focus on specific types of data, such as e-commerce or DC inventory, to help you answer targeted analytics questions.
* **Data Refresh Frequency** : See data based on how often Crisp checks for new data from the source. **Note** : The source data may be updated at a different frequency from the frequency with which Crisp checks for new data. For example, a report may be updated weekly from the source, but Crisp may check for data updates on a daily basis.
* **Data Preparation Type** : Choose one of the following options to filter by the level of processing applied to the data:
  * Source— Tables that reflect the source system's structures as much as possible.\
    **Note** : Crisp often has to do some transformations of source data, like column transposition and normalization, in order to provide tabular data.
  * Normalized— Tables cleaned and normalized by Crisp.
  * Denormalized— Tables cleaned, normalized, and then denormalized by Crisp.
  * Harmonized— Tables with data from multiple sources harmonized by Crisp to give you a unified analytics feed. For more information, see [Crisp harmonized data feed](/docs/support/articles-Data-catalog).
* **Show Deprecated** (toggle): Choose whether or not to show data tables that have been deprecated.\
  Once you select a filter, the list on the right side of the screen updates based on your selection.

3. If you want to export tables for printing or conversion to a PDF:

* Once you select a table, select the print icon at the top-right of the screen, then choose one of the following options:\\
  <img src="https://mintcdn.com/crispinc/hAIFVRhvGJHJU0Hr/docs/support/images/data_catalog_004.png?fit=max&auto=format&n=hAIFVRhvGJHJU0Hr&q=85&s=5d9c72b5af3f0acbd43e9a6d3de82332" alt="data_catalog_004.png" width="731" height="296" data-path="docs/support/images/data_catalog_004.png" />
  * **Print table** — Export the currently selected table.
  * **Add to list** — Allows you to export multiple tables at once. When you select this option, the table is added to a list. You can continue to add additional tables to the list, then when you are ready to export all the tables in the list, select the print icon again and choose **Print list**.\
    <img src="https://mintcdn.com/crispinc/hAIFVRhvGJHJU0Hr/docs/support/images/data_catalog_005.png?fit=max&auto=format&n=hAIFVRhvGJHJU0Hr&q=85&s=f081429d3e856437ea9692209e6fbea6" alt="data_catalog_005.png" width="171" height="205" data-path="docs/support/images/data_catalog_005.png" />\
    Once you select **Print table** or **Print list** , a dialog box appears where you can choose to print your document or export it to a PDF.
