Items now get removed as expected. **How do I see it?** * From the main menu, select **Shipments**. * From the Actions drop-down menu, select **Prepare Shipment**. * Set the **Pack Quantity**. * Select **Pack Method: Mixed**. * Zero out an item and click **Apply**. The item is now correctly zeroed out. ### September 2025 updates #### Report acknowledgement count now updated more quickly **🐞\*\*\*\*Bug fix** **What’s new?** When there are reports to be accepted, a red indicator with the number of reports yet to be acknowledged appears on the Recent Reports tile on the EDI portal home page. We resolved an issue where, when reports were acknowledged, the count wasn’t immediately updating to reflect the new report count. #### Acknowledge all new reports with one click 🚀 **New feature** **What’s new?** You can now quickly acknowledge all new reports, so you can keep things moving when you have a high volume of reports to view. **How do I see it?** From the **Reports** screen, just select the new \*\*Acknowledge All New \*\*button at the top right of the screen.\\ EDI_acknowledge_all_new.png ### August 2025 updates #### Link to release notes added to Resources section 🔧 **Enhancement** **What’s new?** In the Resources section of the portal, we’ve added a link to the EDI portal release notes to help you easily stay up-to-date with the latest product changes. **How do I see it?** * From the EDI portal home page, select the **Resources** tile.\ resources.png\ The Resources screen appears. * Select the \*\*View Release Notes \*\*button.\\ view_release_notes.png ### July 2025 updates Nothing major to report this month, but important work is happening behind the scenes. ### June 2025 updates #### Large shipments now load faster 🔧 **Enhancement** **What’s new?** We’ve improved how shipment details are processed behind the scenes, so shipments now open much faster in the Shipment Editor. ### May 2025 updates #### Fields are now larger to make entering information easier 🔧 **Enhancement** **What’s new?** Previously, fields in the EDI portal were shorter in length which was sometimes cutting off entered text or making drop-down options harder to see. We’ve expanded the fields to make entering and selecting options easier. #### Shipments with multiple stores now load faster and are easier to navigate 🔧 **Enhancement** **What’s new?** Now, when you edit a shipment with more than 10 stores, only the first store is displayed by default, so that the shipment editor loads faster. New previous/next buttons to the right of the Store Filter allow you to quickly switch between stores. **How do I see it?** * From the sidebar select **Shipments**.\\ EDI_editing_shipments_002.png * Choose the shipment you want to edit and select it.\\ EDI_editing_shipments_001.png * Select the **Edit** button.\\ EDI_editing_shipments_003.png * The shipment editor opens and you can see only one store is displayed by default.
