# ChexSync™ Retention dashboard

> Identify at-risk and lost points of distribution through Chex and take action to retain or regain stores.

The Retention dashboard tracks the health of every point of distribution (POD) — each unique store-and-product combination — so you can identify at-risk and lost PODs and take action to retain or regain stores.

## Overview tiles

* **New Points of Distribution** — Total new PODs gained in the selected time period.
* **At Risk Points of Distribution** — PODs where more time than usual has passed since the last order.
* **Lost Points of Distribution** — PODs where significantly more time than usual has passed since the last order.
* **Estimated Lost Weekly Sales** — Estimated revenue you'll lose next week due to at-risk and lost PODs, based on those stores' historical average weekly sales.
* **New Weekly Sales** — Estimated additional weekly revenue from new PODs, based on their most recent orders.
* **Net Weekly Sales** — New Weekly Sales minus Estimated Lost Weekly Sales.

## New and lost points of distribution over time

This chart visualizes trends in your POD gains and losses over the selected time period, giving you a sense of how your products are being added to — or dropping off of — shelves.

## POD statuses

* **New:** The POD had its first sale (weeks since last sale is zero).
* **At Risk:** The time between orders is greater than one standard deviation above average.
* **Lost:** The time between orders is greater than two standard deviations above average.
* **Existing:** The POD's first sale was within the last four weeks with only one purchase so far, or the time between orders is within one standard deviation of average.

**Note:** If a lost POD receives a new order, it moves back to existing status.

These sortable tables offer further insight at the product and chain level. Select a product or chain name to filter the dashboard by that item.

### Store details

This is the most detailed table on the dashboard. Select the export option to download a list your sales team or broker can act on.
